X Long Snapping along with Tyler Mattes Fitness, BS, CPT. will conduct a joint camp with a focus on Active Isolated Stretching, Form, Footwork, Balance & Follow Through techniques specifically for Long Snappers. Kickers, Punters are welcome to come out and get some reps in. Ages: 8 and up.

As College camp season approaches you to need to be ready, flexible, and on top of your game. X Long Snapping has partnered with Tyler Mattes Fitness to build a camp to focus on what you need to be ready to compete. Let me add that if kickers & punters want to come out to work on some Active Isolated Stretching with one of the best in the business. You are more than welcome to do so. If you are a kicker/punter sign up for; Kicker/Punter when registering. Plus you can get some reps in with the Long Snappers that will be there. There is no goal post on this field. However, there is plenty of room for Punts.
If you play a different position in Football or any other sport and you are interested in strictly flexibility, pliability, & mobility you are welcome to register for that portion of the camp. Sign up for Flexibility.
This will be a fantastic event for Middle school to High School Specialists / Athletes. But you must register and present your ticket to us prior to the start of the event.
Parents are welcome on the field during the stretching and warm-up periods. Each athlete should bring their cleats, football, towel, kicking sticks, and water/Gatorade.
Tyler Mattes has a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of Montevallo where he played 3 years of collegiate baseball. Tyler works with the general population and athletes ages 7 and up on flexibility, pliability, and mobility with an added emphasis on corrective strength and conditioning. Tyler specializes in a technique called Active Isolated Stretching and Strengthening.
