Infor you need to know about wix.com
XLongsnapping moved over to Canva Pro about 8 months ago. We discontinued everything associated with the wix.com account. On 9/21/25 they charged us $505.44 when the renewal date had we chose to renew was on 9/24/25. They refuse to provide a refund and would not provide a customer service number to call. They stated at the time they do not have a phone number and I would have to request a call through their chat bot. 
I would highly suggest avoiding doing business with wix.com as well as Avadian Credit Union as they processed the payment after we told them it was not an authorized payment.
